Claypot Chicken with Wood Ear & Mushroom

This recipe serves five person

500gm Half a chicken (chopped to chunks)
4 slices ginger (sliced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 stalk spring onions

Marinate for at least 2 hours
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chinese wine
1 tbsp wolfberries


  1. Add half cup of water
  2. Add wood ear and mushroom to boiling water
  3. Add chicken on top
  4. Cover and cook for 15-20 mins
  5. Add spring onions and cover for 1 min before serving
