Baked Creamy Tomato Pasta

Serve 6 person

6 handfuls of fusilli (about one handful per person)
Prego Traditional Pasta sauce
Bulla Pure Cream
Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus
Ham, dice
Fresh mushrooms, slice thinly
Italian mixed herbs
5 cloves garlic, mince


Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Preparing the pasta

  1. Boil fusilli in water, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil
  2. Drain and transfer to baking tray
  3. Set aside

Preparing to bake

  1. Add pasta sauce & cream onto fusili
  2. Add 3/4 jar of water using the empty jar of pasta sauce
  3. Mix well
  4. Scatter minced garlic all over
  5. Add ham
  6. Lay every slice of mushrooms to cook and brown evenly
  7. Add Italian mixed herbs
  8. Using fan grill mode, grill mushroom at 180 degrees for 5 mins till browned
  9. Remove from oven
  10. Add mixed vegetable
  11. Top with cheese
  12. Using a spoon, create pocket of holes by scooping into the cheese to allow cheese to melt and brown unevenly
  13. Using fan grill mode, grill at 180 degrees for 10-15 mins
  14. Serve when cheese turns warm
