Sambal Crayfish


Ingredients
4 crayfish, halves
1 small capsicum
1/2 yellow onion, cut chunks
2 cloves go garlic, chopped
Chinese parsley, chopped

Seasoning:
2-3 tbsp sambal belacan
1 tbsp oyster mixed with 2 tbsp water


Method
  1. Using medium fire, seared the crayfish for 10 seconds
  2. Switch to small fire
  3. Add garlic, onions and capsicum
  4. Stir fry until fragrant
  5. Add sambal belacan and caramel sauce
  6. Stir fry until crayfish are coated with sauce
  7. Cover and cook for 1 min
  8. Add chinese parsley
  9. Stir fry for a few seconds
  10. Serve immediately
